Naya Savera Delhi
D-422, Swaroop Hospital, Swaroop Nagar, Delhi
If your family is looking for a nasha mukti kendra in Gurgaon, you probably want three things: a place that will treat your ghar wale with respect, fees you can manage, and people you can talk to in plain Hindi. Naya Savera has no centre inside Gurgaon. Our nearest is the Delhi centre at Swaroop Nagar, North Delhi, about 80 to 100 minutes by road depending on traffic.
Naya Savera is a non-profit trust that has been helping families with nasha chhudao since 2008. It was started by Mr Arvind Kumar, who is himself in recovery from addiction. Our Delhi centre is licensed by the Delhi government, and our residential programme is for men. Whether the problem is sharab ki lat, smack, ganja or pills, the first step is one phone call.
Behind the glass offices there is another Gurgaon: the urban villages of Sikanderpur, Chakkarpur, Nathupur and Badshahpur, the lanes of Sadar Bazar, and the factories out towards Manesar. Here the men we hear about are drivers, security guards, shopkeepers, contract workers and the sons of landowning families.
The pattern is familiar. A quarter from the theka after work becomes a bottle a day. A son starts with ganja and moves to smack or chitta. The family hides it out of shame until money goes missing or there is a fight in the gali. Families from Old Gurgaon and the Manesar factory belt have their own pages too.
Admission at Naya Savera needs the patient's own agreement. We never take anyone against his will. What we do is help the family get him to that agreement.
If he drinks heavily every day, do not force him to stop suddenly at home, as withdrawal can be dangerous.
Many families search for free treatment first, and that is understandable. Naya Savera is a non-profit, so our fees are kept affordable, but treatment here is not free and we are not a government institution. Government de-addiction services do exist, and if our fees are beyond your budget, our team will help you understand the options.
When you compare any de addiction centre in Gurgaon, look past the price. Ask about licence, method, how long treatment lasts and what is done for the family. Our guide on questions to ask before admitting someone you love helps.
Families searching for a nasha chhudao kendra in Gurgaon want to know what happens inside. After the health check and detox, treatment follows the Narcotics Anonymous 12 Steps and the Therapeutic Community approach, where residents look after each other. The day begins with prayer, followed by yoga, exercise, games like badminton, compulsory meditation, group therapy and study. Counsellors and a clinical psychologist work on motivation, anger, stress and family problems. The average stay is about 180 days, decided after assessment.
Every month there is counselling for family members, and our counsellors visit homes. On discharge each man gets a relapse prevention plan and follow-ups.
Families often search for the nasha mukti kendra Gurgaon contact number. Ours is 98732 90300 for calls and WhatsApp, and our email is info@nayasavera.org. What you tell us stays private.

You can call or WhatsApp Naya Savera on 98732 90300, or email info@nayasavera.org. Tell us who is drinking or using drugs, for how long, and what has happened recently. We will explain the next steps and fix a time for the assessment at our Delhi centre in Swaroop Nagar.
Naya Savera is not free. We are a non-profit trust with affordable fees, which the team explains before admission. Government de-addiction services also exist. If cost is the main worry, tell us when you call and we will help you understand which option suits your family.
Not always. A centre down the road is no help if it has no licence, no clear method and nothing for the family. Our Delhi centre is about 80 to 100 minutes from Gurgaon, which still allows scheduled visits and monthly family counselling sessions.
We treat both. Alcohol addiction is common, and so is addiction to smack, heroin, chitta, ganja, charas, prescription pills and cough syrup. Treatment starts with a health check and detox, then counselling, group therapy and the 12 Steps programme, followed by aftercare once he returns home.
